As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising construction procedures, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage luxury multifamily projects, emphasizing high-end finishes, concrete, and high-rise experience.
• Utilize extensive experience in construction methodologies to coordinate a diverse team of professionals for optimal project outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting all requirements without exceeding budget constraints.
• Manage project budgets, drawing on previous work experience in budget management for construction projects.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and management processes.
• Plan and schedule projects effectively, utilizing software tools such as Procore, Prolog, P6/Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and human resources in the construction industry.
• Effectively multitask, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to handle core managerial duties.
• Communicate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members, showcasing excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with high-end luxury multifamily projects, with a focus on concrete and high-rise construction.
• Degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction and project management software programs.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical mind and understanding of core construction manager duties.
