Job Title: Hotel and Conference Center Construction Superintendent

We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel and Conference Center Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in the hospitality sector. Based in Cocoa Beach, Florida, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of hotel and conference center construction projects, meeting high-quality standards, and adhering to specified timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the construction of hotel and conference center projects from initiation to completion.
2. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities effectively.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
4. Supervise on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers.
5. Enforce and promote safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel on-site.
6. Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
7. Interpret and review construction plans, specifications, and drawings specific to hotel and conference center projects.
8. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and other required records.
9. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in hotel and conference center construction projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials related to the hospitality industry.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications.
5. Thorough understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
6. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
7. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in hotel and conference center construction.
3. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
