Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Core Business: Educational Facilities (K-12 and Higher Ed), Multifamily, Assisted Living
Number of Positions: 1 (Immediate Need, Potential for 3 Positions)
Location: NW Atlanta (Office-based with On-site involvement in larger projects)
Preferred Qualifications: College Graduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Office Location: NW Atlanta, near Braves Stadium
Industry Focus: Educational Facilities (K-12 Block and Steel construction), Pipeline includes clusters of schools, upcoming projects, and a High School starting this summer
Geographic Scope: Metro Atlanta Area, Recently Opened Office in Florida (Tampa - St. Petersburg area)
Company Age: 30

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects in Educational Facilities, Multifamily, and Assisted Living sectors.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents (potentially General Superintendent) within a team structure.
  • Manage multiple clusters of schools, upcoming projects, and a High School starting in the summer, all within the metro Atlanta area.
  • Work on-site for larger projects; office-based work for day-to-day activities.
  • Utilize software fluency, including Project Management and Accounting tools.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Software proficiency in Project Management tools.
  • Previous experience in Educational Facilities and Multifamily construction preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 (or more DOE)
  • Not guaranteed bonus.
  • Vehicle allowance.
  • Fuel compensation (expensed).
  • Health insurance coverage at 100% for employees, 70% for dependents.

Interview Process:

  • Phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview with upper management.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days a week, with the possibility of 6 days if needed.
  • No formal onboarding process.
