Job Title: Project Manager - Multifamily Construction
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Contract Administration: Bid, award, prepare, and execute contracts, ensuring efficient administration of subcontracts and purchase orders.
2. Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Contract Document Review: Oversee, review, and ensure the entire project team understands project-specific contract documents.
4. Cost Management: Ensure the cost of the construction process remains within the client's budget, including cost estimating, reporting, pay requests, and change orders.
5. Technology Utilization: Leverage technology tools and solutions to ensure consistent and reliable results, leading best practices and improving project team performance.
6. Relationship Building: Create and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors, setting direction and aligning resources.
7. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the work of direct reports based upon project schedule, plans, and specifications.
8. Client Interaction: Act as the immediate point of contact to the client, proactively focusing on meeting expectations and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5 years of experience in multifamily construction, demonstrating extensive experience with various build types.
2. Construction Knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of multifamily construction means and methods.
