For a client in Lexington, KY, we are seeking a Project Architect who is looking for career growth and is ready to manage small to mid-size projects. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly motivated, has a strong design sensibility, is client-focused, and has experience or an interest in higher education, multifamily housing and/or historic preservation projects. 

Qualifications: 

• Registered Architect or in the process to become registered
• Professional (NAAB Accredited) Degree in Architecture
• 7-10 years of experience 
• Proficient with Revit for design and production 
• Higher Education, Multifamily, and/or Historic Preservation project experience preferred 

Compensation: 

•  Up to $110,000 base salary depending on abilities and experience. Exact compensation may vary and has potential to increase depending on client.
