Seeking an
Engineering Project Manager to serve as the Office Manager for a team of 5-7 professionals dedicated to variety of infrastructure projects throughout the region
Job duties:
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, technicians, planners, administrators, allied professionals, and clients primarily in east-central and southern Illinois
- Manage and supervise the entire design process as well as prepare plans, specifications and estimates
- Provide civil engineering design services
- Coordinate staff workloads, budgets, and schedules
- Support operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
- Engage and communicate with existing clients throughout projects and beyond
- Work to grow the company's client base
- Apply standard practices and techniques and ensure quality control and quality assurance with deliverables
- Work to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of design experience
- Minimum 4+ years of project management experience with civil engineering roadway projects
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- Illinois PE License required
