Professional Engineer - Office Manager

Seeking an Engineering Project Manager to serve as the Office Manager for a team of 5-7 professionals dedicated to variety of infrastructure projects throughout the region

Job duties:
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, technicians, planners, administrators, allied professionals, and clients primarily in east-central and southern Illinois
  • Manage and supervise the entire design process as well as prepare plans, specifications and estimates
  • Provide civil engineering design services
  • Coordinate staff workloads, budgets, and schedules
  • Support operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
  • Engage and communicate with existing clients throughout projects and beyond
  • Work to grow the company's client base
  • Apply standard practices and techniques and ensure quality control and quality assurance with deliverables
  • Work to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Minimum 8+ years of design experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of project management experience with civil engineering roadway projects
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
  • Illinois PE License required
