  • Must demonstrate and model our client's core values
  • Lead General Contractor (GC), Construction Management (CM), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and Design-Build bid opportunities up to $10 million
  • Subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation
  • Ability to independently perform conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets
  • Proficient in conducting value engineering exercises
  • Reviews plans for consistency and accuracy
  • Manages all levels of take-offs and can apply unit prices
  • Assists in scoping and leveling trades as part of a bid team on larger projects
  • Maintains current unit price and historical database
  • Familiarity with contract types and typical scopes
  • Negotiates client and subcontractor terms and conditions
  • Ability to contact subcontractors for coverage
  • Provides mentorship to Cost Engineers
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the estimating process
  • Develops and maintains strong subcontractor/vendor relationships
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all project costs, including those not readily evident
