Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-rise construction projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction processes, methods, and materials.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and specifications.
5. Thorough understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
6. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
7. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in high-rise construction.
3. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
