Cold Storage Project Manager

  • Lead, direct, and coordinate activities required to manage one or more projects from proposal initiation to final delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to initiate, develop, and successfully execute project plans, including scope of work, key objectives, timeframes, staffing requirements and resource management
  • Lead assigned project teams through effective organizing, planning, directing, communicating, monitoring, and reporting of individual and team responsibilities
  • Manage the project-related financial activities, including budget adherence and cost controls
  • Collaborate with assigned operational teams to identify, create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will drive peak performance
  • Work closely with our client's teams and business partners to maximize existing and future information system tools and applications
  • Oversee the development and implementation of change management strategies within and in support of assigned projects, including training and documentation
