Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and provide strategic financial leadership to drive our company’s growth and success. The CFO will play a critical role in overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring financial health, stability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
  3. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support operational needs and optimize working capital efficiency.
  6. Capital Management: Evaluate capital allocation decisions, including investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures, to maximize shareholder value.
  7. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards, and oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  8. Financial Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  9. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate financial performance, trends, and strategic insights effectively.
  10. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
  11. Tax Planning and Compliance: Work closely with external tax advisors to develop tax strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  12. Treasury Management: Manage relationships with banking partners, oversee debt financing activities, and optimize investment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a CFO or senior finance executive, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, GAAP principles, and accounting standards.
  • Experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
