As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the project team, including the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and potentially a Project Engineer.
2. Communication: Maintain open communication within the team, ensuring proper email etiquette in all communications.
3. Pre-construction Activities: Play a crucial role in pre-construction activities, such as permit management, project introductions, and coordination with subcontractors.
4. Permit Management: Disseminate main permits to subcontractors, review construction drawings, and assess existing conditions during the pre-construction phase.
5. Construction Oversight: Proactively plan and schedule activities, conduct site meetings, address Requests for Information (RFIs), and oversee the cleanliness of the job site during construction.
6. Quality Control: Ensure quality control, coordinate inspections, and manage finishing activities.
7. Project Closeout: Coordinate final inspections, facilitate the closeout process, and manage all related documentation.
8. Safety and Compliance: Demonstrate a commitment to safety, conduct safety meetings, manage accident investigations, and ensure project compliance with codes and specifications.
9. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key liaison between our client and various stakeholders, promoting positive attitudes and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Strong background in construction project management with a proven track record in construction supervision.
2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
3. Subcontractor Management: Experience in managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring project compliance.
4. Safety Management: Adept at conducting safety meetings, managing accident investigations, and overseeing the entire construction process.
5. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to address issues promptly and document project activities through daily logs and reports.
